Ok I know everyone here might be a little stressed out maybe cause of work or cause of school or even cause you had a hectic or bad day . Well I have a way for everyone to relax trust me on this one :)
Step 1. Turn off your tv , radio and computer and make sure there is no noise at all that way you can concentrate on you and only you .
Step 2. Make sure all your chores and everything you need for your house to be done that includes dishes and laundry even the trash take care of that too.
Step 3. Lay on the floor of your living room or bedroom flat on your back with your hands and arms to your sides and try to keep them still .
Step 4. Close your eyes but try not to go to sleep even though it might be easy too even if you had decided to turn the lights off which could be a plus but I perfer the lights on.
Step 5. Now try to sense something more than that usual feeling around your house try to feel something more that what you usally feel in your home try to feel something beyond the home and try to look into the back of your mind with nothing but you in mind .
Now If you do all these steps I am guarrented you will be relaxed when you get done and when you get done let me know what you felt and experinced.
