hair-fall is either a result of the weak roots or the high temperature of the scalp ....if u r a student or engage in mental activities or suffering from acidity or high blood pressure then there is a chances of hair- falling bc scalp temperature increases...dont worry u about this ..here are the remedies
1. after shampoo, use a mug of a bucket filled with fresh water n squeeze half lemon in it , pour the mixture on the scalp slowly n let it remain on the hair until the bathing completes, finally rinse the hair with fresh water. (avoid using the conditioner based shampoo bc it stops the suuply of oxygen into the roots n the hair falls)
2. have an aamla ka murabba early in the morning
3. students n those who r engaged in mental activity must take yogurt as it keeps the body cool
4. may have almonds, coconut to strengthen the hair-roots.(coconut milk reduces the scalp n the body temperature)
5. the brain tonics of Hamdard is highly recommended.
6.must have a treatment of dandruff by applying the mixture of yogurt n egg or use the mixture of aamla, reetha, shikagai, balchar in water or in yogurt, let it stay for an hour n then wash the hair.
7. If ur dandruff is in powdered form then use olive oil or if it is in a patch form then use coconut oil.
