Furthermore, it facilitates the release of clogged substances from under the skin. Dermatologists often use a procedure known as extraction. A ring-shaped metallic object is uses to put even pressure on the surrounding area of a whitehead. The pressure is exerted constantly till the pus and the head come out of the socket.
